How Do I Get in Touch?

Please email info@jollyrascals.com for any questions you have regarding your order or if you wish for further details on specific products.

Where is My Order?

Your order will reach you in the time estimated on the delivery option that was selected at checkout. Please be aware of slight delays when it is a Bank Holiday as there are no postal deliveries on these days.  If you have still not received your order after 14 days of purchase then please email info@jollyracals.com and the customer services team will help with this matter.

How much is Delivery?

All orders have free standard delivery. If you need your order in a hurry then you can chose from FedEx next day for £ 5.99 or 1st class for £2.00.  For international orders please see the delivery options tab.

When Can I Expect Delivery?

Please see the delivery options tab for details on how long your order will take to reach you.

Can I change My Order?

Once an order has been placed it will be quickly underway in being picked, packed and sent on its way to you. If you have an order change request we will make every effort to accommodate but if your order is already in the picking process we will not be able to change any details.

Can I Return My Items?

Yes no problem you can return your order for exchange or refund.  Please see the Returns Policy tab for further details on how to complete your return.

Do You Offer A Gift Service?

At present this is not a service that Jolly Rascal can offer.  Full invoices will be included with every parcel.
