Customer Returns Policy
What items can I return and when by?
All items must be returned within 14 days unworn and in the original condition as the item was dispatched. Tags must still be attached and the item must be returned in any original packaging.
All items are accepted for return in the exception of undewear and swimwear. These two items are non returnable.
Any toys being returned must be in the full original packaging with no sign of damage to the origianl packaging and must be unused.
How do I return my item?
Please use the sticky label on the top right hand side of your invoice to return the parcel. Include the returns with your parcel so that your return can be processed quickly.
Are returns free Postage?
If the item is faulty or damaged then please contact Jolly Rascals and we will send a replacement item out with a pre paid returns bag, or return postage costs will be reimbursed if arranged with customer services.
If you have changed your mind after purchase then the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
What if I have received a faulty item
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and the customer service team will deal with this for you. A replacement item can be arranged to be dispatched out to you.
